Construction manager Ian Watson, known to all and sundry as "Watto", is a well known identity on the Territory construction scene, and the front line face of H&R’s civil operations.
His long association with many of the OEM suppliers of machinery and vehicles for the earthmoving industry Australia wide, gives him a unique insight into the specialized plant available to meet the needs of head contractors.

Handling accounts is office manager Heather Hyde. Heather is one of the two directors, and with 25 years experience deciphering operator’s scribbled timesheets, there’s not many questions she can’t answer.

The other director, and overall manager, is Ian Hyde; better known as "Hydie". He is an engineering surveyor by profession, with almost 40 years hands–on experience both sides of the contracting fence.
